How long until the engine actually produces?

Strategy Sprint runs months 1–3. By month 4 you have a 200-person named list, your AI-Native brand kit, and the three agents running on rhythm. Outreach starts in month 2; content in month 3.

Do we own the system or rent it?

You own it. The GTM Strategy, the named list, the brand kit, the templates, the agent configs — yours, on day one. We're a coach, not a vendor. Fire us in month 5 and the engine keeps running.

What about our existing agency?

Three options: keep, replace, or co-exist. Most clients let the agency contract lapse at month 3 once the engine is live. Some keep one specialist (paid media, video) and replace the rest. We'll tell you which on the call.

Is this just ChatGPT in a trench coat?
