Take the story of a top-tier salesperson skeptical about the introduction of scorecards in their routine. The fear? That these indicators would serve as a pretext for punitive measures or tough conversations. However, this perspective took a turn when the salesperson realized that scorecards aren’t a stick — they’re a rallying cry for support and celebration.
A scorecard is akin to a private wish-list of cities you yearn to explore. Without disclosing the destinations or desires, you ask someone to help you get there.
